Lapan (8) hari lagi nak puasa dahh..

Alhamdulillah..
lagi 8 hari lagi nk masuk bulan Ramadan Mubarak

can't waittt!! sebab dlm bulan Ramadan feeling nya lain sikit dari bulan-bulan lain...(mungkin setan-setan keliling ku byk sgt) 

Persiapan sebelum Ramadan  :

1) Be Prepared - mental & physical , hopefully xde kes gastric!
2) Tune your biological clock
3)  eat less - tame your stomach
4) get the right information about eating style during Ramadan , semasa berbuka, eat light , perform prayer before get the heavy meal! otherwise , badan malas & berat nk bangun!
i love other ppl's style yang prepare fresh foods waktu sahur..so that sahur tu tak lah boring :D  ,ada jugak yg sahur pegi mkn kat restaurant..
5) make an early preparation for Syawal - buy new clothes and other stuff , so that u'll focus on ibadah.

InshaAllah , nk perform full tarawih prayers this year!


*mental note: nk ganti puasa dlm bulan Syawal jgk this yr!
