Wedding Cakes - Tiffany Cake

Last December was really thrilling and amazing..
like what i wished for, Alhamdulillah.. thank for this wonderful opportunity. I was always imagined want to bake/design the cake like this and that..

ok nk cerita kek pertama dalam hidup yg sgt mencabar mental & fizikal hahaha >> exaggerated

cerita dia mcm ni, my schoolmate, Amie pernah tempah kek hantaran tunang adik dia last time masa raya..
xsangka pulak dia nk tempah lagi untuk wedding cake..

amie bagi few design yang di suka & dia bagi this baker ni pilih design yang boleh direalisasikan hehe (mampu buat lahh) semua design-design yang amie bagi mmg cantikk sangat!

tapi pakai fondant..& mmg pakai banyak masa nak buat..

so i choose this design since i think that i can make it..

the ruffles and roses..

lepas dah deal with cake flavour , pricing and all..

mula lah buat schedule & arrangement nk buat ape & ape so that the cake will deliver just ON TIME!

and because i do it ALONE and my only free time is at night..soO

only few hours je sleep -- xpelah kate suka mencabar diri

firstly bake the cakes dulu..

the next day baru buat frosting..

the frosting mmg berlapis -lapis

choc ganache, white buttercream, teal buttercream

and the tones of colors! that the challenging part! 

successfully make it 2-tier selepas pergi kursus pendek kat you tube heheehhe

no need spend much money pergi kelass uolls

everythings is at your fingertips!

harus clearkan fridge dulu..cake ni kene chill utk senang nk buat frosting

so it is like kejap2 kene chill

Tadaa!

Luckily managed to find this tall box..

sebab kalau tak kene lah beraksi dirumah pengantin..

the next day, pergi hantar kek di rumah pengantin

ditemani anak tersyg eheheh

dh siap kerja..makan makan..

borak2 kejap dgn Amie

then terus balik

EXHAUSTED rasa nk pengsan

yelah dh buat muffins 600pcs + segala macam kek the whole week

and the testimony...

Alhamdulillah...

a happy baker is a happy customer!
