Alhamdulillah Raya tahun ni dapat jumpa ramai kawan-kawan sekolah SGBians ..

ni semua gara-gara whatsapp group yang Pn. Admin create..

dari main group dah pergi ke group by kelas..

Tahun ni turn raya Gemas, my frends dari group 5ScA sibuk la planning nk mini gathering..konon-konon nk potluck jumpa kat pantaii..

iouls balik dari Gemas, mulanya nk prepare utk BIL datang beraya, tapi last minute tak jadi datang so rezeki korangss lah ye..

mastermind nk gathering kat pantai yg pakai jubah merah tuu...sabar je lahh..alih-alih dia yang paling rushing sempat salam & bagi duit raya & bergambo je ..

predict: lebih sedap jika buat 2 layer atau buat dalam bentuk cupcake..sebab dia jenis yang lapis dgn fillings ..cepat soggy

Jalan Jalan Cari Makan - Sate

Assalamualaikum ..

kali ni nak post entry jalan jalan carik makan pulak.. i found that ramai jugak yang ter-singgah kat my blog utk carik info mknn sedap kat melaka kan?? ok..let me share with you..port baekk punya..hehe

yang ni Sate R&K , near my office..i bukan nk reccomend sate yg ni sebenarnye because this is just normal sate heheh 

this sate is nice, i like the meat one , it smellss sedap..bau wangi yang sedap ehehe

my daughter yang 2yo tu pun smbil makan sate ni sambil bau,and says wangi! wangi! :D

this sate is nice but it's an instant one like sate kat hotel tu..i'm more like sate kampung yang warung/stall2 

the sate doesn't have any lemak.. & kuah dia a bit pedas tapi sedap!

the ambience of the restaurant..so classic

the service is quite fast!

oKK..this sate is located at kg Jawa ..betul betu tepi sg Melaka  ..my cousin yang bwk i pegi sini..lunch mkn sate hehe

memang terbaekk! sate campur ada ayam, daging, kerang , hati & perut..

ada jugak mknn lain spt rojak, mee dll..

budak suka makan sate!! smbil makan amik bau..angi!angi! *wangi

dah kenyang...tertido celah lemari hehehe

Kuih Keria Limbongan & Durian Crepe

Assalamualaikum..

busy betol minggu lepas smpai xde mood lansung nak update blog.. skrg ni berblogging at MIL's 

kat Melaka ni ada satu kedai yg my cousins and I suka pergi... sbb kuih keria diaa sedappp sangat! memang puas hati.. kedai tu area limbongan ..mmg ramai sgt customer , around 2pm dh bukak & biasanya 5pm dah nk habis..

so on that day, we headed off to kedai keria around 1pm ++ sampai sana around 2pm kira kedai tu baru bukak ..kueh panas2 lagi..

mmg mabeles! 

my cousins , hana & i makan 10 pcs , tapau bwk balik 20pcs

sekejap aje dh licin!

sebiji kuih ni rm0.50

mahal sikit tapi puas hati makan!

selain kuih keria ada Laksa / bakso pun sedapp sgt! RM 3 semangkuk..

ada jugak pisang goreng & kuih2 lain..tp yg specialnya keria..

nak tau kenapa special?...crispy kat luar tp lembut di dalam...yummeh! xberapa manis sgt..guna pior gula melaka nih..

masa ni tinggal 3 ketul je..my lil H pun suka..

malam sebelum tu, masa duk layan FB nmpk post akak jual durian crepe ni..masa tu dah pukul 1am dia duk market2 crepe lagi..ape lagi terus PM kat fb cakap nk try 1 box..before pegi amik keria pick up crepe ni dulu.. RM 10 utk 4pcs

ni lah dia isi dalamnya.. sedap and just nice..cuma presentation kene improve lagi kot..

makan waktu2 boring tgk2 tv mmg best! rasanya agak light..& tmbah lagi durin lagi sedap!

kalau dtg mlk jgn lupa singgah kedai ni okk!

there's always more than three dishes on the table not including dessert

here where i can find lauk pisang & smbal belacan mangga..

let's take a look what we had have on last weekend!

 upper left: masak lemak cili padi ikan masin bersama pisang muda

upper right: sambal belacan mangga

down left: air mata kucing

right: ayam goreng sambal ala kampung

upper left: chicken soup

upper right: special fried chicken

down left: assam pedas telur ikan (this is the famous dish here in melaka)

down right: bubur kacang

Aidiladha 2012

Assalamualaikum..
hari ni 11 zulhijjah; hari raya kedua- aidiladha
Raya haji kali ni turn sblh husband, Alhamdulillah rezeki dpt rasa rendang maman hehe..
this is the best about raya, mknn semua special2..
ms mula2 kahwin dulu xberapa pandai nk mkn rendang n9 ni even mmg xberapa suka mkn sgt..kecuali rendang tu ada campur limpa, paru / hati.
sedap tau rendang n9 ni, cuma pedas sikit & maman tu pahit2 lemak rasanya..
rendang maman ni boleh jumpa kat n9 je hehe..oh actually rendang ni specialty org Moncheh (gemencheh)

 

juadah pagi raya: atas sekali - rendang maman , kiri-sambal ikan bilis, kanan - sambal kacang

semua pil I masak hehe 

 

atas- kuah lodeh / lontong , nasi impit & telur goreng..

erks..lapar pulak tgk pic ni..xmkn byk pun aritu

we off to kg kata batu kikir around 3pm

 

this is REAL KG. jauh dari pekan..no coverage at all! so no bbm ada smartphone 3g bagai pun xheran dah bila smpai sini..

kat sini biasanya kami akn stay rumah mak ngah

sblh rumah mak ngah ada rumah mak lang

the real grandparents house dh tinggal tapak aje

banyak sgt buah buahan kat keliling rumah ni..

malam tu ada solat jemaah beramai-ramai, bacaan yassin & tahlil

so aktiviti masak2 start dari pagi lagi

sampai2 kg. tgk org tgh potong2 umbut kelapa, readykn daging & perut utk dimasak

kenal tak ape ni? i dahhhh lamaaa sgt x jumpa sayur ni

kek batik & nasi tomato

and i'll share to you my trial on nasi tomato - from ana suzana & kek batik - citarasawan

Kek Batik.

The ingredients:
recipe & method boleh refer blog citarasawan :)

kek batik ni I buat 2 kali, 1st try guna biskut bijan sbb xde sapa nk mkn so dari membazir baik modify jd kek batik..

hasilnya..kek ni agak lembut, but my liking suka rangup2 mcm biskut..

so next time kalo xnk biskut tu lembut..biarkan paste chocolate tu sejuk kejap..baru masukkn biskut..

tadaa!



Nasi Tomato

rasanya ok lah..i buat utk 4 persons je..sbb agak kelam kabut sikit ms nk masak ..because my dotter pun sibuk skali masak kt dapo..so end result ayam ms merah pedas sket & nasi tu masam sket (terlebih puree)

next time boleh try lagi...resipe mmg refer blog kak ana but i adjust ikut my suka hati hehehe

It so cruncy on the top ,a bit spicy, creamy, crispy meatloaf, andd TASTY!

yg penting kenyang sampai malam!

Jalan - jalan cari makan - Chinese Food

hello..

this time i wanna share with you guys that we love to EAT! hehe there's a time that we're hunting for chinese foods.. i had experienced a few of chinese restaurant which is at Desa WaterPark & Equotarial Hotel Bangi

both were GOOD but a bit salty of msg!

this one is at Oriental Chinese Restaurant,Seremban2

we ordered; deep fry toufu - tasty!, steamed fish - tasty!, fried rice & keuy tiaw cantonese -so,so.

we're a bit disappointed that we know all chinese muslim restaurant is outside of melaka

we've been searching high and low (through internet).. but didnt find

but one sweet day when we're going out the mall (Dataran Pahlawan) hubby was accidently saw this sign board "MUKMIN JAYA CHINESE RESTAURANT"..

so it's a YEAY! we had go to this rest for two times ,sor far.. at our first time just three of us.we ordered crab soup,toufu sizzling, butter prawn  and chicken somethinsomethin(with chinese herb)

it's sO tasty!

and the pictures below is the time that we go with cousins ; 5adults- the more the merrier :) boleh order byk2 hehe
