Cerita Pavlova



Assalamualaikum..

Dah lama x merepek kat blog ni.. dh settle2 for today baru aman sikit nk blogging..
kali ni nak cerita pasal my experience in making pavlova

yeah, i'm still amateur & still learning

tapi i jual Pavlova?! ehh..ada org xpuas hati jugak dgn i tau..
ok xpe..biarlah kat mereka kan?
so far, customer I happy with my products..

ada jugak yang xmenjadi, tapi i buat balik..& ada yg tak meet the specification (eh mcm teknikal sgt :P); i mintak cust. redeem with another stuff / return back money / discount.  okk i'm trying to be professional that way..ye la kita jual barang makanan..& thru comments and feedback boleh improve next time kann

eh..tadi nk cerita pavlova..ni mcm nk cerita everything pulak..(cerita lain next entry ye)

actually i suka masak mknn yg i suka makan sahaja heee
Pavlova is not my Fav btw,
but..i'm eager to try sbb dia cantik manis :)
Alhamdulillah i have a circle of family &  friends yang very supportive (thank you, thank you)

eh dh menyimpang lagi..
okk..my first customer is actually my Best friend during our childhood. primary school.
bagus jgk biz ni mengeratkan siratulrahim :) contact balik dgn kwn2 

nak buat pavlova nampak mudah..bahan pun xbanyak..tapii yg challenging  nya
nak sedia kan meringue..
mesti kena ikut peraturan ye..
1st: baking area mesti clean, baking utensil mesti clear from water, oil & etc
2nd: nak asing kan white egg & egg yolk pun mesti berhati2..
silap sikit confirm takk jadi

                                               
ini lah dia meringue..mesti berat, berkilat baru jadi..
i pernah dump everything konon nk senang.. mix la sekali semua..
sekalii...meringue yg dh jadi terus mengecut, cair......., ringann :((  
jadi..sila ikut peraturan ye bukaan perasaan hehe

oven pun kene pandai control..nnt overcooked (hangus ) atau hangus tapi dlm xmasak
nak masak ambil masa lamaa..about 1hr 15-20min
so kene planning elok2 nk membuatnye :)

and kalo tak de stand mixer..siap sedia lah excersice tangan ye! hehe
buah-buah pulak must served fresh..kalo tak mmg xsedapp
andd yg penting sekali...mesti tenang2 je ..kalo takk terlebih gula la..terlupa masuk esen vanilla..lah..& terskip step lah..hihi..ape ape pun tu semua learning path :)
it's fun time nk decorate..& i'm happy bila customer HAPPY :)

nak buat chocolate meringue..agak mencabar..
structure xsekuat normal meringue sbb cmpur choc..terlebih mix mmg jatuh meringue nye..
oh, nk buat pavlova ni kene lembut2 je...xbley kasar2 heheh (*petua)
bak kata cikgu ms blaja dulu...mesti kacau dgn penuh kasih syg hehe
so end product pun jadi sedap



ini chocolate meringue..the structure tak sekuat normal meringue..letak choc ganache sket dh roboh..
bck to the basic , kene berlembut ye puan-puan..tgk video2 kat internet (btw, i byk belajar thru internet research hee) ada jgk yg mmg sengaja meleperkan / pecahkan the crispy meringue so that nnt senang nk potong, makan..




this one mmg sengaja bubuh buah byk2 selagi boleh...sbb utk mkn2 sendiri aje 
sekotak i bubuh blueberry hehe besttt!


okayy..meringue mesti dlmnye mcm marshmellow/ sponge..luar crispy
